Located in Chingford, a popular area of north east London, NFC Homes successfully obtained Planning Permission by submitting an Application for 45 apartments, on a land assembly site of adjoining neighbouring gardens.

 

We subsequently built out the Planning Permission and all units are now completed and sold.
