Having completed a Costa Coffee Drive Thru in Oxford in 2018, NFC Homes are now constructing a further Costa in Chichester. Construction began in August 2019 and completed in Spring 2020.

The scheme is located on the Portfield Roundabout to the north east of Chichester, surrounded by a range of shops, restaurants and other amenities.
