Nick has been working in construction and related fields for 30 years, starting in trade finance and venture capital in the 1980s before expanding into construction and development. Since launching NFC Homes, Nick has overseen the construction and development of over 1,500 dwellings both in London and Nationwide.
Ben Brading
Managing Director
Ben is responsible for managing all projects from conception through to completion and oversees all planning, acquisition, construction and sales activity. Ben is a former Captain in the British Army having served in Afghanistan.
Billy Fisher
Contracts Director
Billy has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and overseas all NFC construction projects ranging from housing estates to blocks of flats to commercial units. He is currently overseeing projects with a combined construction total of £40m.
Sandy Sutherland
Director
Sandy is highly experienced in property and related fields, starting his career in sales and acquisition before moving into development and construction. Sandy is involved in all aspects of the business and is responsible for the timely delivery of all NFC Homes’ schemes.
